We are seeking a Behavior Clinician to join our team! Required: master's degree in psychology, social work, applied behavior analysis, counseling, education, or related field (460 IAC 6-5-4). State and County background checks, CPR-First Aid certification, negative TB test, professional liability insurance, and reliable transportation with vehicle insurance are required. This is an independent contractor positions, not employee positions, and individuals will receive a 1099 for tax purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Complete functional behavioral assessments and ongoing documentation
- Develop and implement behavior support plans.
- Establish goals and monitor progress.
- Prepare progress reports and session notes.
- Train staff and family on behavior support plans
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare, ancillary services and/or counseling professionals.
- Fulfill Behavior clinician job description and duties.
- Previous experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Experience in the Behavior Management/Medicaid Waiver field.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with individuals, team members and families.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
