Love Nashville nightlife? Enjoy meeting new people and creating memorable experiences? Nashville Bar Crawl is looking for outgoing, reliable individuals to join our team as Private Bar Crawl Hosts!
Unlike large public bar crawls, we specialize in private, customized bar crawls for bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate outings, and other celebrations. Each event is designed specifically for the group, giving our hosts the opportunity to create a personalized and unforgettable night.
Position: Private Bar Crawl Host
As a Private Bar Crawl Host, you'll be the face of the event from start to finish. You'll guide groups of approximately 5–40 guests through a customized lineup of Nashville's best bars and honky-tonks, making sure everyone has an amazing experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and kick off the evening
- Guide the group between 3–4 venues throughout the night
- Check in with venues ahead of the group's arrival
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure a smooth experience
- Keep the group engaged, entertained, and on schedule
- Communicate with our office before, during, and after each event
- Encourage guests to leave reviews and capture fun moments throughout the night
What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 with a valid ID
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable leading groups
- Reliable, organized, and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with Nashville nightlife and able to keep the energy high
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or entertainment is a plus—but not required
Schedule & Pay
- As-needed, part-time position
- Approximately 1 shift per month
- Most events take place Friday or Saturday evenings from approximately 8:00 PM–12:00 AM
- $125 per shift
- $20 parking stipend
