Residential House Cleaning Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Leader to oversee and guide our residential cleaning personnel. In this role, you will lead by example by ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, efficient workflows, and excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for training and supervising team members as well as performing regular house cleaning duties. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for creating a positive work environment, and take pride in providing exceptional cleaning services, we’d love to have you on our team!

Regular house cleaning duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization in clients’ homes. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and occasionally performing deep cleaning tasks. Must ensure a high standard of hygiene and attention to detail while respecting clients’ personal spaces.

Responsibilities

• Train and support team members to achieve high performance.
• Ensure consistent adherence to eco-friendly cleaning practices.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all cleaning meets company standards.
• Monitor and address team performance, providing feedback and recognition.
• Report and address any maintenance or safety issues with equipment.
• Assist in integrating new team members.
• Recommend improvements to cleaning processes or client services.
• House Cleaning Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing all living spaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Organize and tidy up spaces while respecting clients' personal belongings.
• Use eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to minimize environmental impact
• Communicate effectively with clients to address specific cleaning preferences or concerns.

Experience

• Reliable & hardworking individual
• 5 years of experience in residential house cleaning
• Attention to detail & great customer service skills
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is essential
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Physical ability to complete all required housekeeping tasks (lift, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, etc.)
• 5 years’ experience in residential house cleaning industry
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Own a vehicle & smartphone with valid auto insurance & driver's license
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers & team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a team
• Training Experience
• Passion for cleaning
• 5 years’ experience in residential house cleaning industry
• Knowledge of Eco-Friendly products
• Certifications in Residential House Cleaning
