Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role based in Mooresville, NC. The Service Manager will oversee day-to-day floor operations, manage and support staff, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests. Responsibilities include supervising service quality, scheduling and training employees, addressing guest concerns promptly, and working collaboratively with kitchen and hospitality teams to uphold operational efficiency.
