Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager at Epic Chophouse, located in Mooresville, NC. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, coordinating service during dining hours, enforcing quality standards, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Additionally, the Service Manager will collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.


Qualifications
