Groundskeeper

Position Summary

Epic Asset Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to enhance and maintain the curb appeal of our multi-family residential communities. This role is essential in ensuring the community's exterior remains pristine, safe, and inviting for

residents and guests. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding Epic's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Property Maintenance & Curb Appeal

• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, including walkways, parking lots, and recreational spaces.


• Perform daily inspections to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, ensuring the property maintains an immaculate appearance.


• Assist with landscaping duties such as watering, trimming, weeding, and seasonal upkeep.


• Power wash exterior surfaces and maintain outdoor amenities, including pool areas, grills, and seating areas.

Operational Support

• Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean, organized, and compliant with community standards.


• Assist maintenance teams with minor repairs and unit turnovers as needed.


• Secure and maintain grounds equipment, tools, and supplies in an orderly manner.


• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or resident issues to the appropriate team members.

Resident Experience & Safety

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries with professionalism and care.


• Assist with the distribution of resident notices and communications.


• Ensure that all property grounds and amenities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to maintaining community aesthetics.


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.


• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.


• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if required for golf cart operation).

Preferred

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, custodial work, or property maintenance.


• Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor maintenance techniques.


• Familiarity with safety procedures, including OSHA regulations.
