Epic 4X4 Adventures — Moab, Utah
Epic 4X4 Adventures is hiring Adventure Specialists to join our team in Moab.
This is not a typical front desk job. Our Adventure Specialists are the face of the company—the people who welcome guests, guide them through their experience, and ensure every adventure begins with confidence and excitement.
Guests travel from around the world to experience Moab. The person in this role sets the tone for everything that follows.
We are looking for people who take pride in professionalism, enjoy working with others, and want to be part of a team known for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do
Adventure Specialists help transform a guest’s visit to Moab into a truly memorable experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming walk-in guests and helping them select the right tour or rental
- Handling reservations, payments, and damage deposits
- Preparing guests for their adventure with clear safety and vehicle operation orientations
- Performing vehicle checkout and return inspections
- Recommending upgrades, add-ons, and extended experiences when appropriate
- Coordinating guest preparation with guides and technicians
- Maintaining a clean, organized office, retail, and guest areas
- Ensuring every guest interaction reflects the standards of the Epic brand

Work Environment
Epic operates in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak travel seasons. Adventure Specialists must be comfortable:
- Engaging with guests throughout the day
- Working both indoors and outdoors
- Managing multiple tasks at once
- Maintaining professionalism during busy periods
Weekend and holiday availability is required during peak season.
