What You’ll Do
- Welcome new and existing patients and create a warm, supportive experience.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, including financial options, insurance benefits, and third-party financing.
- Guide patients through implant, cosmetic, and general dentistry treatment pathways.
- Own the follow-up process: scheduling, phone calls, text follow-ups, and keeping cases moving forward.
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
- Track and report case acceptance metrics (training provided).
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience (required)
- Strong communication and case presentation skills
- Comfort discussing finances with patients
- Understanding of dental insurance basics and financing options
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
