Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and assist with rehearsals and performances.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for students.
- Collaborate with school staff and community partners to support program success.
- Encourage student growth in artistic expression, teamwork, and confidence.
- Experience in music, theater, or performing arts (teaching or directing preferred).if applicable
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring young performers.
- Part-time, after-school and evening hours.
- Seasonal commitments based on program (Fall Play, Winter Concert, Spring Musical, etc.).
- Stipend or hourly compensation based on experience and role.
- Resume/CV detailing coaching experience and background.

- Must demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.
- Must interact positively with administration, students, staff, parents, and community members.
