Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm
Friday, 9am–4pm
Sundays as needed
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team. This in-office role blends hands-on field service with in-office troubleshooting support, making it a perfect fit for a well-rounded technician who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, with a particular focus on delivering white glove service to every client, every time.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components in the field
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Replace or upgrade defective parts and equipment
- Operate diagnostic and repair tools proficiently
- Travel to various client locations across the tri-state area
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences during every service call
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Deep mechanical knowledge, including inverter-type systems (e.g. mini splits)
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with a variety of HVAC tools
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- A commitment to professionalism and premium service delivery
