Summary
We are seeking a skilled Experienced Master Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all models of Harley Davidsons ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service as well as mentoring and coaching less experienced tecnicians.
Responsibilities
· Diagnose and repair mechanical issues for models of Harley Davidsons.
· Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations.
· Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to ensure high-quality repairs.
· Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
· Assist in training junior technicians on best practices and repair techniques.
Qualifications:Requirements
· 5 years proven experience as a Harley Davidson Master Technician with verifiable credentials or similar role in powersports industry.
· Strong Team building, Mentoring, Communication skills to help coach up less experienced technicians.
· Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
· Ability to lift heavy objects safely as required by the job.
· Familiarity with power tools and diagnostic equipment is essential.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
