The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing tech-enabled global staffing and workforce solutions firm supporting clients across multiple industries. As we continue to scale in the US, we are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
· Partner with business leaders (sales and operations) to deliver financial analysis, forecasts, and data-driven insights
· Support P&L ownership by providing clarity on revenue drivers, gross margin trends, and operating costs
· Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
· Support the invoicing process, drive and own working capital planning and cashflow management
· Own month-end financial close for the US entity and collaborate with Group finance to ensure accurate financial reporting
· Lead monthly business reviews and identify performance opportunities or risks
· Support pricing strategies, client margin analysis, and contract profitability
· Contribute to budgeting, long-range planning, and KPI development
· Drive process improvement across finance and operations
· Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, and banking partners if required
· Ad-hoc tasks to support Group financial initiatives.
About you
You are a proactive finance leader with hands-on experience in finance management and business partnership. You are comfortable working independently but also able to collaborate with Group finance and US business leaders to challenge the status quote and drive business bottom line growth leveraging financial expertise.
You will likely bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
· 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or commercial finance with a solid foundation in financial accounting and tax
· Strong capability in cashflow management, forecasting and scenario based financial modelling
· Strong understanding of bill/pay rate structures, worker payroll cycles, and gross margin mechanics
· Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
· A balanced view of controls and governance – you understand the need for discipline without over-engineering processes.
· Experience in the staffing or workforce solutions industry strongly preferred
· CPA qualifications preferred.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
