Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment where precision and safety are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient manufacturing of machined components utilizing multiple pieces of CNC lathes and milling machines.
- Produce the quota as directed by management while putting safety, customer service and quality at the highest regard.
- Safely load and unload material into machine.
- Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting on machinery to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Keep written record of tasks performed, time spent, and any other additional data required by project.
Qualifications
- Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace; our operators typically operate two machines at a time.
- Ability to read and interpret prints and measuring equipment is a major plus, but we can teach as needed.
- Previous CNC machine work is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery issues promptly.
- Mechanical aptitude.

· Very frequent standing is required.
· Frequent seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s).
· Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
· Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items more than 50 pounds.
· Very frequent work near moving mechanical parts.
· Very frequent loud noise.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
