What we are looking for:
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to develop new business in the packaging industry. This position is focused on prospecting, solution selling, and closing profitable accounts.
This is a true performance-based role — the more you sell, the more you earn. If you love being in the field, building relationships in person, and closing business, we would like to meet you.
Position Overview:
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business in targeted market segments
- Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and industry events
- Manage full sales cycle from cold outreach to long-term account development
- Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue, margin, and new business targets
- Maintain, develop and strengthen existing client relationships
- Conduct on-site consultations and solution presentations
- Maintain active pipeline and accurate sales reporting
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales or account management experience (packaging industry preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or packaging environments highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage territory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary commission (Uncapped earning potential)
- Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
