Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, and tracking of pipeline materials, equipment, and supplies for large-diameter pipeline construction
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery to support project schedules
- Manage material receiving, inspection, and storage processes
- Process and maintain material documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and chain of custody records
- Monitor material usage and coordinate reorders as needed
- Support construction management with material forecasting and planning
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for material handling and storage
- Proven experience as a Materials Coordinator on large-scale pipeline construction projects
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Proficiency with material tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Duration: Mid-January 2026 through late November 2026 (possible early December completion)
