Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Conroe, TX, for an Electrical Design Engineer / PLC Control Panel Programmer. The role includes designing and developing electrical systems, creating and managing PLC control panel programming, and ensuring compliance with power distribution and industrial standards. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, troubleshooting, and testing electrical designs. You will also interact with manufacturing teams to oversee the implementation of designs.
Qualifications
- Combustion systems experience a must
- Expertise in Electrical Design, Electrical Engineering, and Design Engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge of Electricity principles and Power Distribution systems
- Problem-solving abilities with practical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in industrial automation and PLC control panel programming
- Proficiency in software and tools used for electrical design and programming
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Familiarity with air pollution control systems or industrial heat processing equipment is a plus
