As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail‑driven Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.
What You’ll Do
In this dual-role position, you’ll take ownership of both the estimating and project management lifecycle—from initial bid through project closeout. You’ll play a critical role in securing profitable work and ensuring successful execution.
Estimating Responsibilities
- Review bid documents, project specifications, architectural drawings, and addenda
- Prepare detailed takeoffs at all stages of design for both negotiated and competitive bids
- Track deadlines and ensure all bid forms and required documents are submitted on time
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to build accurate project budgets and confirm scope coverage
- Solicit and evaluate vendor pricing to ensure competitive and complete bids
Project Management Responsibilities
- Manage awarded projects from handoff through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, vendors, and internal team members
- Review contracts, confirm scope, and ensure alignment with estimate and project requirements
- Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and material procurement
- Track project schedules, lead times, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and maintain profitability
- Resolve project issues proactively and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation, including closeout materials, is completed accurately and on time
What You Bring

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of takeoff, pricing, and construction project workflows
- Experience managing commercial construction projects preferred
- Working knowledge of procurement, scheduling, and project coordination
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay flexible and perform under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Dropbox
- Experience with ConstructConnect and Stack Takeoff/Estimating software is a plus
