The Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through onboarding, for a variety of roles across the company. This position requires a hands-on, proactive recruiter who can build strong relationships with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects EPC Power’s values and culture.

The Role
The Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through onboarding, for a variety of roles across the company. This position requires a hands-on, proactive recruiter who can build strong relationships with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects EPC Power’s values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers through the requisition intake process, to define position requirements, job descriptions, and recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, etc.) to attract top talent for technical, production, and professional roles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand positions.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Support employer branding efforts and promote EPC Power as an employer of choice through online presence, job fairs, and other outreach efforts.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress and trends.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Provide training for new and existing managers on recruiting compliance, process, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting for highly technical and engineering positions.
- Strong familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements, including California labor law.
- Ability to handle up to 20 requisitions at a time.
