The Project Manager plays a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering development projects across EPC Power’s product lines. This individual will serve as the technical bridge between cross-functional teams including hardware and software engineering, operations, test, and product management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Requirements
- Serve as the technical point of contact for project planning and execution across departments.
- Defi ne project scope, technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and technical roadblocks.
- Drive product lifecycle activities from design through production release.
- Support documentation efforts including BOMs, test plans, and validation protocols.
- Assist in change management processes and coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Provide technical support during product deployment and customer interaction, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fi eld.
- 3 years of experience in engineering project coordination or a related role, preferably in a hardware or power electronics environment.
- Familiarity with inverter systems, power electronics, or renewable energy systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- PMP Certification or formal project management training.
- Experience with grid-tied or grid-forming power systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, UL/CSA standards, and hardware validation processes.
