Requirements
- Assist with preparing, maintaining, and updating daily and weekly production schedules.
- Support Production Planners by organizing planning data, reports, and production documentation.
- Maintain accurate production records, planning reports, and scheduling information.
- Create, update, and maintain work orders within the ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
- Monitor planning data for accuracy and communicate discrepancies to the Planning team.
- Coordinate information flow between Planning, Production, Materials, Purchasing, Inventory, and other cross-functional teams.
- Assist in tracking production priorities, schedule changes, and manufacturing progress.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets to support production planning and operational decision-making.
- Provide administrative support for planning meetings and production reviews.
- Help identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Support inventory and material planning activities as assigned.
- Perform other planning and operations support duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Associate degree or coursework in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Exposure to manufacturing scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, or production control.
- Experience creating reports and analyzing production or inventory data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing production priorities.
