As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brief Summary of Duties
- Manage small team of 4 or less members to ensure policies, procedures, and expectations are adhered to
- Ensure re-marketable equipment is processed for sale and not recycled
- Repair and part out IT type equipment (PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Servers, etc)
- Travel for in/out of state special projects when required
- Train and oversee new employees’ workload and be able to answer their questions.
- Facilitate and keep employee records including but not limited to weekly timecards, attendance points, annual reviews, temp PE’s and write ups, etc.
- Mitigate and resolve challenges within the department and discuss performance issues when they arise
- Other duties as assigned by department
Experience and/or Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Resume must show a background working with computers
- Work history doing hardware repair
- Familiar with and able to efficiently use the Iinvision Inventory Software
- Proficient typing skills and be able to perform constant data entry
- Ability to be creative when it comes to marketing and be able to quickly understand the value of IT type product
Experience and/or Education Preferred
- A certification or IT type degree
- PC Tech Experience
- IT equipment knowledge
- Ability to productively work as an individual and as part of a team
- Outgoing, energetic, able to multi-task and be able to prioritize workflow
- Creativity when it comes to marketing and be able to quickly understand the value of IT type product
