The Solar & Battery Electrician is a key field position focused on the mechanical and electrical deployment, wiring, and termination of cutting-edge commercial solar arrays and BESS hardware. Working directly under the supervision of the Electric Foreman, you will execute conduit bending, conductor routing, panelboard integration, and equipment testing. This position offers an accelerated growth track into renewable infrastructure and electrical asset management, demanding technical reliability and consistent multi-sit

• Electrical Installation: Wire, land, and terminate AC and DC circuits, solar PV modules, string inverters, rapid shutdown devices, and lithium-ion battery modules inside st

orage enlosures.
• Mechanical Assembly: Collaborate with field installers to safely mount racking systems, structural ballast blocks, roof attachments, tracker profiles, and heavy storage cabi

• Raceway Construction: Measure, bend, thread, and install various electrical conduits (EMT, IMC, PVC, and Rigid) across complex indoor, underground

, and roofop routes.
• Site Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a hyper-clean, professional, and completely hazard-free jobsite. Ensure that the active workspace remains entirely clear of construction debris, scrap materials, and packaging at all times in full complianc

• Tool & Parts Organization: Securely manage, categorize, and organize project components, hardware parts, electrical consumables, and professional hand/power tools within company fleet vehicles and o

• Site Surveys & Audits: Conduct detailed site measurements, structural mapping, and electrical pre-assessments to flag plan discrepancie

• Workflow & Strategy Coordination: Sync daily with the Electric Foreman / Crew Lead to review project schematic details, clarify production quotas, and execu

• Inventory & Fleet Readiness: Pack, audit, and organize company fleet vehicles with appropriate tools, components, safety gear, and specific wire consumables to ensur

• Testing & Diagnostics: Assist in operating digital multi-meters, insulation testers, thermal cameras, and irradiance meters to troubleshoot, commission

Minmum Qualifications
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

vocational trade taining certificate.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on electrical field construction experience (Solar, BESS, industrial, or commercial

electrical sectors ae highly preferred).
• Technical Aptitude: Strong basic competency in reading electrical blueprints, wiring schematics, physic

l layouts, and techncal assembly manuals.
• Digital Literacy: Basic computer and mobile application skills are absolute requirements (essential for submitting digital timecards, retrieving cloud-stored s

• Advanced Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations, with an emphasis on Article 690 (Solar Photovo

taic Systems) and Article 06 (Energy Storage Systems).
• System Familiarity: Proficient in installing and commissioning grid-tied micro-inverters, multi-string comm

ercial inverters, and multi-abinet e

Physicl Demands & Working Conditions
• Operational Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard 8-hour shifts, with occasional

weekend availability required o hit utility shutdown windows.
• Heavy Lifting: Physically capable of repeatedly lifting, moving, and positioning materials up to 50 pounds independently,

and performing safe team-liftsfor heavy electrical components.
• Heights & Technical Work: Comfortable working safely at high elevations, climbing long ladders, walki
