The Recruiter will be responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing. In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across different departments, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to actively identify, engage, and attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements before presenting them to hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs, refine job descriptions, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Supervisory Skills: Provide guidance, mentorship, and daily direction to a more junior recruiter or talent acquisition assistant, ensuring their work aligns with team goals.
- Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to the established recruitment process. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Employer Branding Support: Act as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, communicating the company culture and value proposition clearly to prospective candidates.
- Data and Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely data within the ATS (Ashby.) Ensure all recruiting practices comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
What you bring:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates for various roles (technical, sales, product, support, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting software/tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, or supervise more junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively partner with both candidates and internal teams.
