Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and manage business/technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, use case development, and traceability
- Analyze and model current/future-state business processes and data to support system designs and initiatives
- Collaborate with developers using tools like DevOps, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python), and agile methodologies to ensure seamless delivery
- Translate technical concepts into clear language and manage stakeholder expectations while building trusted partnerships
- Drive initiatives in the Coverage, Advisory, and Capital Markets space by prioritizing user stories to meet business goals
- Experience in process design/re-design and addressing strategic challenges in wealth management or investment banking domains
- Proficiency in agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (e.g., serving as Product Owner on scrum teams)
- Proven track record of delivering complex products to clients, preferably within financial or capital markets industries
- Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders
- Experience with AI-focused projects, including AI agent design or product strategy, is highly desirable
