Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and execute a comprehensive end-to-end architecture that seamlessly connects our ERP, Supply Chain, and Financial systems
- Lead Transformation: Develop strategic architecture roadmaps, migration plans, and implementation strategies that align with business objectives
- Drive Innovation: Implement cutting-edge ERP modules and solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Provide Technical Leadership: Guide IT teams and business stakeholders with your expert knowledge of enterprise systems
- Shape Technology Direction: Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems remain competitive and future-ready
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems
- Proven expertise architecting, implementing, and integrating SAP S/4 HANA, Coupa, Primavera P6, Ecosys, Workday, and SAP Concur
- Deep understanding of ERP, Supply Chain, and Financial systems principles and best practices
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach to solution development
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 12 years of enterprise systems architecture experience
- Track record of delivering end-to-end solution architectures for back-office platforms
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and security architecture design
- Certification in relevant enterprise architecture frameworks

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000.
