Join our growing team! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to repair and manually build wooden pallets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position Responsibilities:
· Repair damaged wooden pallets using hand and pneumatic tools.
· Build new pallets from lumber according to company specifications.
· Inspect pallets for quality and structural integrity.
· Maintain a clean and safe work area.
· Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
What We Offer:
· Starting base wage of $16.00 per hour Piece Rate Incentives

Qualifications:
· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
· Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
· Dependable with a strong work ethic.
· Ability to use hand tools and pneumatic nail guns (training available).
· Prior pallet or construction experience is helpful but not required.
