At EPAGA® Home Care, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one support that allows Montana seniors and adults to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling for people who genuinely care about others.
What You’ll Do
- Provide warm companionship—conversation, reading aloud, and meaningful activities that keep clients engaged and uplifted
- Support with light housekeeping: laundry, vacuuming, changing linens, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment
- Prepare and serve meals, following client preferences and dietary needs, with cleanup after
- Accompany clients on outings, medical appointments, errands, and community activities
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and dignity at all times
- Provide medication reminders and promptly observe and report any changes in your client’s condition
- Complete electronic visit verification and care documentation accurately and on time
- Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and your EPAGA team

- Compassionate, patient, and genuinely motivated to help others
- Honest and trustworthy with strong personal integrity
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet shifting client needs
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Working phone number
- Must pass background check (criminal, driving record, and professional references) and agree to random drug and alcohol testing
- Completion of EPAGA Accredited Caregiver training and orientation — if you are already PCA or CNA certified, you may qualify for a training waiver!
