Position: Senior AI IT Support Specialist
Location: Woodlawn , MD Onsite (5 Days/Week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AI software licensing, renewals, and compliance.
- Administer AI infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud).
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise AI platforms and end users.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Support AI governance, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor''s degree with 10 years of IT experience.
- Experience supporting AI infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of AI/ML platforms, software licensing, and configuration management.
- Strong troubleshooting, system monitoring, and documentation skills.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and security controls.
- Ability to obtain and maintain SSA Public Trust Clearance.
