Job Title: Senior Software Trainer & QA Analyst

Overview
Seeking an experienced professional to train DCPS school-based and central office staff on Aspen SIS and support system improvements through testing and Tier II support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver virtual and in-person Aspen SIS training for school and central office users.
Create and update training materials (manuals, videos, guides, SharePoint).
Provide Tier II Aspen SIS support; resolve issues and track tickets.
Manage user inquiries through help desk systems.
Test and validate new SIS features; document results.
Collaborate with teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Maintain organized documentation and provide strong customer service.
Required Skills
1 year training DCPS school-based & central office users in Aspen SIS.
4 years hands-on Aspen SIS experience.
2 years working with help desk tools (Remedy, HEAT, etc.).
5 years creating instructional materials (PPT, Captivate, SharePoint, video tools).
10 years customer service/user support experience.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Education sector experience preferred.
