Role Description The Executive Chef is a full-time, on-site role based in Yarmouth Port, MA. This role is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience. The Executive Chef manages kitchen staff scheduling and performance, supervises food safety and sanitation practices, and maintains compliance with health and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing ingredients, managing inventory and food costs, coordinating with front-of-house leadership on service standards, and maintaining efficient kitchen workflows. The Executive Chef also contributes to seasonal menu innovation, supports special events, and helps uphold EPAC Group’s standards for hospitality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
