About the Company

EP!C is comprised of families, staff, volunteers, and community members working together to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families with unique educational, residential, employment, and clinical programs tailored to each individual’s abilities and needs. We began as a small, community-organized network of Peoria families in 1950 who took an innovative approach to disability by emphasizing ability over disability. We have since grown to serve individuals of all levels of ability residing across 15 counties in Illinois from finding funding to the best program and service.

About the Role

The QIDP/Program Coordinator is responsible for the whole person using clinical case management. They provide person-centered support and oversight in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized service plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Leverage expertise in behavioral health, program coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals served.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Services or education and two years’ supervisory experience required.
  • IDD for residential living
  • Supervisory experience is essential.
  • One year experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
  • The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized service plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and coordinating services through interdisciplinary collaboration.
