Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position is based in Santa Rosa, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for supervising mid-level supervisors in a three tier ABA supervision model, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, supervising intervention sessions, and training parents and staff. The role also involves monitoring progress, analyzing data, and adjusting treatment plans to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management techniques
- Background in Psychology with an understanding of behavioral principles
- BCBA certification in good standing through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Reliable transportation to travel within the Santa Rosa, CA area is required
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders is highly preferred
