- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional and clinical standards.
- Ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop, implement, monitor, and modify individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
- Commitment to person-centered, respectful, and culturally responsive care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and other clinical evaluations as appropriate.
- Develop individualized behavior support and treatment plans based on client needs, assessment results, and established clinical standards.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavioral services.
- Analyze behavioral data and monitor progress toward individualized goals.
- Regularly review and modify interventions based on data, client progress, clinical need, and changing circumstances.
- Collaborate with clients, parents, guardians, families, caregivers, teachers, direct-care staff, and other members of the care team.
- Provide training, consultation, supervision, and ongoing support to staff and caregivers implementing behavioral interventions.
- Promote consistency and fidelity in the implementation of behavior support strategies.
- Provide services in appropriate environments based on the individual needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Advocate for clients' dignity, independence, choice, self-determination, and quality of life.
- Maintain professional boundaries and practice in accordance with applicable ethical and professional standards.
