What are the responsibilities and job description for the B2B Packaging Sales Rep - Commission position at EOTW SOURCING & SUPPLY?
EOTW Sourcing & Supply is looking for a commission-based B2B Packaging Sales Rep to help build new customer relationships in the packaging and wholesale supply space.
We work with brands, manufacturers, distributors, and growing businesses that need packaging components, containers, closures, candle supplies, fragrance packaging, beauty and personal care packaging, and related wholesale supply solutions.
This is a founder-run business. You’ll be working directly with the owner, not layers of management.
What You’ll Do
- Build and organize a targeted B2B prospect database
- Call and follow up with businesses that may need packaging or sourcing support
- Identify qualified opportunities and collect project details
- Help move qualified prospects toward submitting an RFQ
- Track calls, contacts, notes, and follow-ups
- Work directly with the founder to move qualified opportunities through the quoting process
Compensation
This is a performance-based, commission-only role. You earn 25% of gross profit on closed customer orders, paid monthly after customer payment clears.
Example earnings based on a 20% gross margin, for illustration purposes only and not a guarantee:
A $5,000 order can earn approximately $250
A $15,000 order can earn approximately $750
A $25,000 order can earn approximately $1,250
A $50,000 order can earn approximately $2,500
Additional monthly bonus opportunities are available for higher-producing months based on total gross profit generated.
The pay range shown reflects estimated monthly commission earnings based on performance and closed customer orders. It does not represent a fixed base salary or guaranteed monthly minimum.
Final commission eligibility, gross profit calculation, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
This role is best suited for someone self-motivated, organized, comfortable with outbound calls, and confident in their ability to generate real B2B opportunities.
Schedule & Tracking
This role offers flexible scheduling. You manage your own calling blocks and follow-up time, as long as outreach is consistent and progress is clearly tracked.
You’ll build and maintain your own prospect database and update a shared Google Drive tracker with calls, contacts, notes, follow-ups, and qualified opportunities on days when outreach is performed.
