Eosso Brothers Paving, part of Pave America, is a leading provider of asphalt and concrete solutions including maintenance, repair, new paving, milling, sealcoating and line striping services. With over 2500 employees, Pave America currently serves a diversified customer base across 35 locations in the US., serving all 50 states, including HOA properties, regional retailers, commercial and industrial customers, and municipalities.

- Prior experience in asphalt shoveling required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Knowledge of road and traffic regulations
- Comfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Drivers License preferred.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.
