About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily on-site construction activities for solar projects
- Manage subcontractors, crews, and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and site protocols
- Monitor project schedule, progress, and milestones
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams
- Oversee installation of PV systems, trackers, inverters, and BOP components
- Conduct site inspections, QA/QC checks, and reporting
- Support commissioning and project closeout activities
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in construction/site management (solar preferred)
- Experience with utility-scale renewable projects
- Strong knowledge of field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance
- Ability to travel and work on-site across the U.S.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with trackers, inverters, and substation coordination
- Background in EPC projects
- OSHA 30 certification
