Entry Level Recovery Support Staff

EOSIS is hiring Recovery Specialists in Waverly, MN to support individuals on their recovery journey. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others, we’d love to meet you!

Pay: $17–$21/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Support and encourage clients throughout their day
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and appointments
• Transport clients as needed
• Document basic client interactions and updates
• Work alongside a supportive behavioral health team

• Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointment, etc.  
• Provide orientation to new clients, check in personal property and perform luggage searches
• Provide for the safety of the clients by making rounds including all areas described in the Program Abuse Prevention Plan and overnight bed checks
• Interact with clients whenever possible
• Attend shift change report and department meetings
• Assist with the admissions and discharge process
• Chart interaction with clients and observations made in client’s record through electronic charting system
• Attend staff meetings and In-service trainings, as required
• Perform other duties as assigned 

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior work experience in a residential treatment center environment helpful, but not required 
• CPR and first aid certified - preferred, not required
• Ability to work independently
• Possess a valid driver's license
• The ability to drive a vehicle continuously for up to three hours
• The ability to lift and move objects weighing a minimum of 25 pounds
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
