Position Summary

We’re hiring an eCommerce Manager to own and scale eosera’s marketplace and DTC performance, with a heavy emphasis on Amazon and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop.


This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who thrives in fast growth, makes confident on-demand decisions, and enjoys building structure where none previously existed. You will lead day-to-day eCommerce operations, manage external agency partners, and collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and operations leaders to drive profitable growth.


Requirements

  • Full-time, on-site role, based in Fort Worth, TX.
  • Some evening or weekend availability may be required for Influencer coordination or real-time engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & DTC Ownership

  • Own and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, TikTok Shop, and eosera.com.
  • Manage a growing SKU portfolio, including platform-specific pack sizes and assortments.
  • Lead the execution and growth of eosera’s DTC subscription program, from setup through optimization.
  • Work closely with Brand, Social, Operations, Product, and external agency partners.
  • This role has direct ownership of channel performance and meaningful input into pricing, assortment, and launch strategy


Amazon Leadership

  • Serve as the primary owner of Amazon performance.
  • Lead and manage external Amazon agency partners to prioritize profitability over discount-driven volume.
  • Oversee promotions, pricing, inventory flow, and advertising alignment.


Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor eCommerce KPIs, identify trends, and translate data into clear actions.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to report performance and forecast opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational tracking.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand Communications, Social & Community, Product, and Design teams.
  • Partner with the Social team to execute the commerce side of TikTok Shop, while they own content and community.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and line extensions.


Process, Compliance & Decision-Making

  • Build and document SOPs for eCommerce workflows to support scale.
  • Ensure all content and execution align with FDA and regulated product requirements.
  • Balance independent decision-making with alignment to established standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and escalate when needed.


Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • 5 years of hands-on eCommerce experience, with deep Amazon expertise.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Brand Registry, PDPs, advertising, and backend optimization.
  • Experience working with regulated CPG, OTC, medical device, or consumer health products preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working in high-growth or “build-it-as-you-go” environments.

  • Amazon Seller Central & Brand Registry
  • Amazon Ads Console (DSP experience a plus)
  • Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar
  • Shopify (subscriptions experience a plus)
  • Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)
  • Marketplace reporting & inventory tools
