Qualifications/Experience
Essential:
- Relevant degree or diploma in a business analysis, IT or related discipline OR 3 years hands on business analysis experience with customer facing solutions.
Desired
- 3 years hands on solution design experience
- Experience delivering sustained process improvement
- Knowledge and exposure to analysis techniques
