We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This individual will be responsible for tracking incoming payments, resolving customer billing issues, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Your Mission
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Generate and distribute customer account statements.
- Monitor accounts for incoming payments and follows up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate reporting.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing or payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Lead monthly internal A/R aging calls
- Prepare aging reports and escalate overdue accounts as needed.
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting related to accounts receivable.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Your Talents
• 1-2 years of experience with accounts receivable or general ledger
• Accounting courses or accounting degree
• Experience in MS Windows, MS Office (Advanced knowledge in Excel).
• SAP Experience a Plus, not mandatory
• High self-motivation to learn new software developments through coursework or self-study.
• Dynamic Team Player who can work a hybrid schedule effectively.
• Ability to travel when needed.

• Aptitude to take on challenges & keep a healthy attitude under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner.
