Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager at EOS will drive end-to-end supply chain excellence across a fast-paced, high-growth CPG business. This role is responsible for designing, standardizing, and continuously improving supply chain processes across demand planning, supply planning, sourcing and distribution. EOS utilizes an asset lean model to partner with contract manufactures (located in US) for production and 3PLs for warehousing and distribution. This role will be working with CMs and 3PLs to drive digitization and improvements. EOS is on a journey to enhance system architecture in terms of ERP, advance supply and demand planning etc. This role will be heavily involved from business side in system implementation. This role will have 1-2 direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions within SAP S/4 Hana and supply/demand planning platforms (e.g., o9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or equivalent)
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement transformations across the end-to-end supply chain, focusing on service, cost, inventory, and agility
- Design and implement standardized processes to support EOS’s growth, including S&OP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to improve supply reliability, lead times, and production planning alignment
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain performance and drive data-informed decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve network efficiency, logistics performance, and customer service levels across retail and eCommerce channels
- Identify and implement opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and advanced analytics within the supply chain
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI use within the supply chain
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
- APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent supply chain certification is a plus
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive and transformational experience in supply chain, operations, or related roles within CPG, beauty, or personal care industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver continuous improvement transformations with measurable impact (e.g., service improvement, inventory reduction, cost savings)
- End-to-end supply chain experience, including demand planning, supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing (preferably contract manufacturing), and logistics
- Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4 HANA preferred) and supply and demand planning tools (e.g., o9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar)
- Strong understanding of CPG supply chain dynamics, including high SKU complexity, product lifecycle management, and promotional planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
- Project management experience (Agile, PMP, or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar tools for process mapping
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools
