As a Logistics Specialist you will oversee the inventory and logistics operations for service partners’ technology and accessories, ensuring accurate processing, shipping, receiving, and documentation. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance, resolve issues, and support on-site events as needed. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel occasionally for inventory support at local, domestic, and international events.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Logistics Specialist you will oversee the inventory and logistics operations for service partners’ technology and accessories, ensuring accurate processing, shipping, receiving, and documentation. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance, resolve issues, and support on-site events as needed. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel occasionally for inventory support at local, domestic, and international events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inventory using an inventory management system
- Conduct inbound/outbound services including packing, shipping, receiving, and processing equipment
- Accurately pick, pull, receive, and stock orders
- Maintain internal ticketing system (Tasks)
- Communicate with service partners via email and chat platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Logistics teams
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Create package lists and carnet documentation
- Report process gaps, blockers, and system bugs
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs
- Attend team meetings and monthly 1:1s with management
- Travel to off-site events to manage inventory and logistics
- Support additional projects assigned by management
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; includes reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, stooping, etc.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac OS
- Experience using vendor shipping software preferred but not essential
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Experience with carnet documentation and international shipping
- Prior exposure to inventory audits and cycle counts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
