Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting and peaceful first impression
- Manage all spa bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and scheduling using spa management software
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding services, packages, retail products, and policies
- Coordinate daily spa operations and support the seamless flow of appointments and therapist schedules
- Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, treatment history, and payment documentation
- Monitor spa cleanliness, ambiance, and facility readiness; partner with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with retail product merchandising, inventory control, and restocking to drive spa retail sales goals
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests
- Provide administrative and operational support to spa therapists and leadership
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-focused, guest-centric approach
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or certification in hospitality, wellness, or spa management is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, hotel, or high-end customer service environment
- Strong computer skills and experience with spa booking or property management systems
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and a calm, positive, service-oriented demeanor
