Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take and process orders accurately, including handling payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Offer recommendations and upsell café items to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven experience in restaurant serving or waitstaff roles.
- Hands-on experience with cashier duties.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Patience and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- High school diploma is a plus but not required.
