What You’ll Do
Food Prep & Execution
- Prep ingredients (chopping, cutting, sauces, etc.) with precision and speed
- Follow recipes and portion standards to keep every dish consistent
- Cook to order and ensure every plate meets quality expectations
- Execute dishes to the right temp, texture, and look
- Plate and garnish according to menu standards
- Keep tickets moving while maintaining quality
- Follow all food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Stay compliant with health and safety regulations
- Keep an eye on inventory and flag shortages
- Assist with deliveries and proper stock rotation
- Work closely with BOH and FOH to keep service smooth
- Communicate clearly and support your team during rushes
- Safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and more
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and guest satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
What You Bring
- Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food prep, safety, and sanitation
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Physical stamina (standing long hours, lifting, handling equipment)
- Team-first mindset with solid communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to obtain a Safe Food Handler Certificate within 60 days
- Basic computer skills (email, internet)
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
- Fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required
- Exposure to heat, sharp tools, and cleaning chemicals
- Full-Time | Seasonal | 2nd Shift
