Position Description
EōS Fitness is in search of an innovative and experienced In-House Recruiter join us for a hybrid role based in any of the following markets: Carlsbad, CA; Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment: develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and source a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent, interview high-caliber individuals through the use of effective and innovative recruitment methodologies & tools while also providing a professional and customer-service oriented experience for all applicants; focusing heavily on Corporate and Management roles but also very involved with club-level roles.
Extensive experience utilizing technology to effectively recruit and interview (Zoom, LinkedIn, ATS, really, etc.) in addition to excellent written & verbal communication skills is imperative.

We're looking for someone with genuine customer service skills, a passion for recruiting, thrives in a face-paced environment, is performance-driven and can constantly think on their feet - all while embracing our culture. This position will be part of the HR department but will would be a company-wide resource.
Some things you'd do:
- Handle all job postings on various platforms with support of the Recruiting Coordinator
- Host Trainings for Recruiting expectations and ATS
- Handle full Lifecyle recruiting for Management (or as assigned) roles, including : phone screens, coordinate subsequent interviews, reference checks, background checks, offers, tracking, check in with new hires throughout Intro Period (30, 60 90 days)
- Manage Predictive Index Assessment Platform or comparable resources
- Manage day-to-day activities within our ATS
- Run Various Audits/Reports
- Constantly research benchmarks for market rates
What we expect:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
- Highly organized and efficient who can work independently throughout the recruiting process.
- Prior experience with a high-volume of open requisitions - at least 30 at any given time across multiple cities/states.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of candidates, management, employees, customers and vendors.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- A creative, high energy, a hands-on professional who can successfully multitask and has strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
