EōS Fitness seeks an innovative HRIS Coordinator who will serve as an expert resource in HR systems, particularly Greenhouse and ADP Workforce Now, supporting upgrades, integrations, and technical troubleshooting. Reporting to the Director of Talent Strategy, this role involves creating user-friendly documentation, assisting cross-functional teams with enhancements, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the position supports various company initiatives, embodying the organization's core values while adapting to new challenges with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Greenhouse Recruiting/Onboarding and ADP Workforce Now.
- Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and integration with other business systems
- Develop and refresh system documentation, creating user guides and training resources that set the team up for success.
- Deliver customized reports to stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and prioritize enhancement requests, and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and liaise with vendor support as needed.
- Audit data integrity, examine concerns, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality.
- Assist in system upgrades through testing, reporting and analysis of changes.
- Handle sensitive and private information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Support and help lead a variety of company projects and programs—from wellness and social activities to community outreach and compliance efforts—bringing our core values to life.
- Jump in as needed—embracing new challenges and other duties with enthusiasm and a team-player mindset.
Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience supporting HR-related systems and processes; Greenhouse and/or ADP WFN experience preferred.
- Previous experience working with ADP Workforce Now
- Expert in MS Office skills, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experienced with Smartsheets, Zendesk, Docusign, Sharepoint
- Highly organized with a strong desire to work independently
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience reporting and analyzing recruitment data with actionable suggestions for process/system improvement
- Prior ATS management and integration experience a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions
- A creative, high-energy, hands-on professional with exceptional attention to detail, capable of expertly multitasking and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills

Requirements:
- Successfully pass background check.
- Ability to work in an office and gym setting; communicate with employees, members, and vendors in-person, by phone and/or video call.
- Ability to consistently operate technology including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, reading reports from a computer database or email system.
- Ability to work 8 hours in a seated/standing deskwork environment.
