At EOS: Expert Oral Surgery, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional surgical care with a focus on patient comfort and clinical excellence. As we continue to grow in the SW Minneapolis metro, we're looking for a dynamic, people-first Practice Growth Coordinator to help strengthen our ties with the local dental community and keep EOS top-of-mind for every referring office in the area.
This is a great opportunity for someone with marketing experience or a marketing background who is looking for meaningful part-time work with hours that fit around their life.
What you'll do
- Provider outreach: Visit referring dental offices regularly to deliver materials, gather feedback, and maintain a consistent EOS brand presence
- Relationship development: Identify and cultivate new referring offices through thoughtful introductions and networking
- Event coordination: Plan and execute referral appreciation events, study clubs, and community outings
- Lunch & Learns: Schedule and coordinate educational presentations between our surgeons and referring teams, including catering and materials
- Concierge support: Serve as the go-to contact for referring staff — troubleshoot referral hurdles and ensure offices have all necessary forms and collateral
- Tracking & reporting: Maintain a referral database and provide brief monthly summaries of outreach activity and growth

- Highly organized, with the ability to manage a busy calendar of office visits and events independently
- Professional and polished — you represent EOS's high standards in both appearance and communication
- A self-starter who thrives without a micromanager and is comfortable owning your own schedule
- Comfortable with social media (Instagram/Facebook) as a visibility and engagement tool
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel to dental offices in the SW metro
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in dental, medical, pharmaceutical sales, or marketing is a strong plus — but we'll train the right person
