We're seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our team at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our data acquisition systems across the production floor.
Key Requirements
- 8 years of hands-on experience with PLC and HMI or SCADA programming.
- 5 years of Robotic Arm programming experience, preferably Fanuc programming skills.
- Experience with Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS485, and CIP Safety protocols.
- 8 years of experience in hands-on 24VDC, 120VAC, 480VAC troubleshooting.
- Comfortable troubleshooting 1000VDC electrical circuitry and components.
- Proficient in Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PLC/HMI/SCADA, Fanuc Robot Arms, MES, Historian Server, and SQL Database solution experiences.
- Certificate in Lean-Six-Sigma and high-level language programming experience, such as C , are pluses.
- Familiarity with LOTO procedures and GAMP 5 Guidelines.
- Good understanding of NEC, IBC, and NFPA codes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with MS Office products, including URS, FRS, DDS, and FAT Process.
