Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, PLC/HMI, and networking issues when equipment is down for production.
- Self-manage multiple medium-to-large scale automation projects simultaneously, reporting status on a weekly basis.
- Contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining company automation standards in SCADA/HMI/PLC programming.
- Create full-scale electrical/networking diagrams for large-scale projects using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Develop technical documentation, such as Technical User Manuals and Detailed Design Specification documents.
- Research automation vendors for potential projects and upgrades on existing automation systems.
- Maintain, update, and backup SQL and Historian databases for Enterprise operations on a weekly basis.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions in electrical and software across various process areas.
- Troubleshoot live Energy Cube (1000V DC) electrical connection and component issues with a multimeter.
- Upgrade AC-DC Inverters and/or DC Power Supplies for Energy Cube testing.
- Work on PLC/HMI/SCADA/Server/Electrical applications at any time, sometimes remotely, aligned with production downtime.
