Executive One Protection is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our daily operations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless communication, full site coverage, and real-time coordination across all client locations.

Position: Dispatcher (Full-Time)
Location: Aiea, Hawaii
Schedule: Weekday and weekend positions available (Swing & Graveyard shifts)
Reports To: Operations Manager
Core Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coverage Management
- Ensure all client sites are fully staffed at all times
- Maintain and update the master schedule in real time
- Assign and communicate daily posts to officers and supervisors
- Coordinate immediate coverage for call-offs, absences, or emergencies
Communication & Operations Coordination
- Serve as the central point of contact for guards and supervisors
- Relay schedule updates, site changes, and operational needs clearly and efficiently
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Scheduler to maintain coverage standards
Administrative Oversight
- Accurately track shift assignments, call-offs, and schedule changes
- Maintain organized records to support operational accountability
